Poem: Summer Camp

Poem created in response to Robert Lee Brewer’s Wednesday Poetry Prompt 178, 6 June 2012.  Topic: camp

(form: a trio of lunes)

Summer Camp

Home away from home-
where many
kids learn about life.

Fun-filled days at camp-
where bunk mates
become life-long friends.

Summer memories-
falling in
love amongst the ticks.
