Nightmares & Dreamscapes by Stephen KingOn the mound, Matt Francke, who was twice within inches of winning his game, lowers his head, not wanting to look.  And as Ryan rounds second and starts back toward home, he seems to finally understand what he has done, and at that point he begins to weep.

I’ve read some Stephen King, but I’m not too fond of short stories.

Mine this week is a series mystery:
The Closers by Michael Connelly (Harry Bosch #11) at http://wp.me/pZnGI-aU

Sometimes I’m in the mood for short stories. Next time that happens, I’ll keep this book in mind. Sounds like a good one.
My Teaser is from WHERE OR WHEN.

I haven’t read that one yet. It’s on my list to read, though.

This sounds rather benign for Stephen King… Still, his genre tends to give me nightmares, so I’ll probably skip this one. lol, Thanks for sharing!

Interestingly, I’d say that half of these stories, maybe less, are really horror to me. ‘Head Down’ is actually a piece of non-fiction he wrote and stuck in this collection. I suppose it fits with the “Dreamscapes” part of the title.
