Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

I read this one so long ago, I don’t even remember this teaser or the context! Guess it is time to do a re-read!
Today my teaser is from ‘Dorothy Must Die’ by Danielle Paige.

It’s from the scene where Harry dips into Snape’s pensieve and sees the interaction of James, Sirius, Snape, and Lily for the first time. Where he gets a new perspective on his father and the source of Snape’s animosity. It’s a short, but impactful scene.

It has been a long time since I read Harry Potter. I hope you are enjoying visiting Harry’s world. Happy reading!

I thought this snippet was from Snape’s memories, and am glad to see by your response to kim that I was right. Mine: The Heart of Christmas
